does anyone know the names of either one of these birds?

I think the first bird is Satan incarnate! Holy smokes! When you click on that pic and get the blown up version it looks like that bird is going to kill you!
guess i should have enlarged the picture before commenting. the black one appears to be what we call Cowbirds. They're known to lay their eggs in the nest of other birds. We had a pair of cardinals raise a cowbird at our feeder a couple summers ago. The other one is a tufted titmouse. they're common visitors to our feeder year 'round.
